NAKISA AZIZI

Nakisa practices in the areas of immigration, business law, real property, estate planning, and tax law, among others. Since obtaining her license in 2016, Nakisa’s clients have included a diverse array of professionals, non-profit organizations, immigrants and small-business owners. Through her work as an attorney, Nakisa has assisted numerous clients with drafting wills and trusts, transferring property, forming and operating business organizations, and obtaining tax-exempt status through the IRS. As the daughter of an immigrant, Nakisa enjoys representing clients of various nationalities and minority groups. For example, Nakisa assisted a number of Muslim clients while working at a prior firm, which led to her being asked to contribute to a book on Islamic Inheritance Law for publication by the American Bar Association.
