Jeffrey A. Kilmark, Esq.
Mr. Kilmark received his Juris Doctor
degree from Arizona State University College of Law
in May 1999, graduating magna cum laude
. He served as an Associate Note, Comment,
and Legislative Review Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal
and earned membership in the Order of the Coif. Mr. Kilmark received a Bachelor of Science degree
in Political Science and History, magna cum laude
, from Arizona State University in August 1996.
Mr. Kilmark began his legal career as an associate with Brown & Bain, P.A. in Phoenix,
focusing on commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. He has served
as a law clerk for the Honorable David G. Campbell, James A. Teilborg, and
Roslyn O. Silver of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
During his tenure with the federal judiciary, Mr. Kilmark worked on numerous civil and criminal
cases involving a host of state and federal law issues. In 2011, he founded
Kilmark Law Group LLC, which primarily focused on immigration matters.
Mr. Kilmark's areas of practice encompass immigration law, accident and personal injury, and civil litigation.
